MP PG Medical Counselling 2017(मध्य  प्रदेश  पोस्ट ग्रेजुएट मेडिकल काउंसलिंग) is going to be by Directorate of Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh in the month of April 2017. Madhya Pradesh PG Medical Counselling is going to be conducted for providing admission into various MD, MS, PG Diploma programmes offered in the Medical colleges located in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Candidates will be called for the counselling session on the basis of their performance in NEET PG 2017. Candidates will be called for Madhya Pradesh PG Medical Counselling 2017 as per their ranks in NEET PG 2017. Further, candidates have to choose only one programme in colleges located at MP. The counselling will be conducted in  in two phases, which will begin in the month of April 2017. In the process of MP Medical Admission 50% seats are reserved for all India Quota and 50% for state quota. Candidates who fail to attend the first round of counselling will not be eligible for subsequent rounds of counselling. In case any seat remains vacant, then candidates in the waiting list will be given preferences.

MP Medical Counselling Procedure

First round of counselling

  • Registration

Candidates must register online and the process of registration will be on the basis of NEET PG 2017 score. Candidates must enter details of NEET PG roll number and password at the time of registration.

  • Choice filling

Candidates as per their preference must choose the course and college of their choice. Applicants can change their choice until they lock their choice. Once the final choice is made candidate must lock their choice of preference. If candidates does not lock their choice, then the last choice made by them will automatically get locked.

  • Seat allotment

After the registration process, candidates will be alloted their respective seats on the basis of merit list. Higher the ranking of the applicant, higher are the chances of him/her in getting their first preference based on the availability of the seats in the institute. Applicants will be informed online regarding the status of seat allotment.

  • Reporting to the institute

After the allotment of seat candidates must report to the alloted institute and further go through document verification and fee payment process in order to confirm their seats. At the time of counselling, a security deposit amount of Rs. 10,000 has to be deposited by the applicants in the form of a demand draft in favour of “Director, Medical Education, MP”. The security deposit will be returned without interest after completion of the course.

  • NEET PG 2017 Admit Card
  • MBBS Exam Mark sheets.
  • Age Proof
  • 3 copies of photograph
  • Domicile certificate
  • Certificate of Indian nationality
  • Cast Certificate  (if applicable)
  • PH Certificate (if applicable)
  • Permanent/Temporary registration certificate of MC
  • Income certificate issued by competent authority
  • No objection certificate (NOC)

Fee Details

  • Tuition Fee- Rs. 50,000
  • Hostel Fee- Rs. 12,000

Second round of counselling

The second round of counselling will be held incase any vacant seats remain in the first round of counselling. The following candidates are eligible for second round counselling

  • Applicants who have registered and were allotted seats in the first round of counselling.
  • Those applicants who have registered but were not allotted seats in the first round of counselling.
  • Registered applicants who have chosen the ‘waiting option” in the 1st round of counselling.
  • Applicants who did not do choice filling in the previous rounds but have registered online.

MP Medical Seat Allotment

After the successful conduction of counselling , candidates will be allocated their seats as per merit. All the eligible candidates who attends the counselling process, can get their MP Medical seat allotment results soon after the counselling. Applicants will be allocated their seats upon the MP Medical merit list, availability and as per their choice.
