REAP Counselling 2017(राजस्थान इंजीनियरिंग प्रवेश प्रक्रिया काउंसलिंग )is going to be conducted by Rajasthan Technical University tentatively in July 2017 via online mode.In REAP Engineering admission process candidates who poses a valid score in JEE Main 2017 will be given more preference. However, candidates with no JEE scores can also apply on the basis of their XII marks. Through REAP Counselling Schedule 2017 candidates will be provided admission into B.tech/B.E courses offered by the various college of Rajasthan state. REAP Counselling 2017
REAP 2017 Counselling will be organized by the Board of Technical Education, Rajasthan. The counselling will be done in online mode either on the basis of candidate’s rank in JEE Main 2017 or upon candidate’s mark in class 12th. During the RPET admission process, applicants must unlock their choices for colleges and branch as per their choice.

REAP Counselling Schedule 2017
Candidates must follow a certain number of steps which appearing in RTU REAP Counselling. You can get the details below-
Step 1: Online Registration
Candidates who appear for the counselling process must register themselves online and fill the required educational and personal details and make payment of Rs 700 online through Debit Card/Credit Cards/ net banking or at E-Mitra centres.
Step 2: Choice Filling and Locking
Candidates must login their account by using sixteen digits (or 12 digit) E-mitra no./ Bill desk transaction Id., DOB etc and fill their choices of seats available as given in the list of colleges. A maximum number of choices must be filled so that applicants don’t miss their seat in any condition. After making the final choice, candidates must lock their choice.
Step 3: Seat Allotment Process
- REAP Seat Allotment 2017 will be done is on the basis of the merit list and as per the choices filled by them. Eligible candidates must download their provisional seat allotment letters which will contain their personal details as well as details of the institution and programme to which they will be admitted. The seat allotment is done in five rounds, as discussed below-
First round
The candidates with posses a valid JEE Main score will be called for the 1st round of counselling. The qualified candidates whose name is enlisted in REAP Merit list will be allotted seats on the basis of choices filled by them provided they fulfil the eligibility requirements defined for admission.
Second Round
The second round of counselling includes the process of an upward movement of the allotted candidates against vacant seats as a result of non-reporting of candidates in the first round.
Third round
Candidates who possess a valid JEE Main score and were not allotted seats due to exhaustion of their choice, will be allowed to participate in this round. Other than this applicants who are not registered and do not have JEE Main score, can change their choice option in this round. New candidates who meet the required eligibility criteria, will also be allowed to register after paying Rs 1200 as application form fee and fill new choices.
Fourth round
In this round candidates will be allotted seats due to upward movement. They will be provided their seats according to the choice of the programme they had filled and there is availability of vacant seats as candidates to whom it was originally allotted did not report at the allotted institute.
Fifth round
This round is known as the special round, where candidates will get a chance to register against the vacant seats and they must deposit the REAP counselling fee of Rs. 10,000 (non refundable) which is a part of the total fee. In case the candidates do not report to the allotted institute, the students mentioned below can participate in the 5th round of REAP counselling:
- Candidates who have registered after paying Rs.1700.
- All the Registered candidates who have not been allotted seats in the previous rounds due to the exhaustion of choices.
Step 4: Reporting to the institution
Candidates who have been allotted seats must physically present at the allotted institute on the specified schedule. They must further appear for ethe document verification process, Applicants must carry their original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies of the documents.

- Mark sheet of Class XII
- Domicile certificate of Rajasthan state
- JEE Main 2017 admit card
- JEE Main 2017 score card
- Valid category proof (if applicable)
- Certificate of Disability (if applicable)
REAP Seat Allotment Result
After the completion of the counselling process, candidates will be provided their respective seats through REAP seat allotment results. , Applicants will be offered their desired seat on the basis of merit list, choices and as per availability.
