VTUEEE Counselling 2024 is going to be conducted by Vel Tech Dr. RR and Dr. SR Technical University (VTU) in two phases at its Chennai Campus tentaively in the month of May 2024. Through VTUEEE Counselling the candidates will be provided admission into the undergraduate engineering branch. Therefore all the candidates who qualify VTUEEE 2024, will be allocated their respective seats through VTUEEE Counselling Procedure 2024. Applicants whose name appears in VTUEEE Merit List 2024, will be called for Vel Tech University Admission Procedure. The counselling will be conducted in two phases, i.e Phase 1, Phase 2. You can now check below VTUEEE counselling dates.
VTUEEE Counselling Procedure
- Candidates must appear on self for the counselling process.In case, any candidate do not appear in counselling, then his/her seat will be offered to the candidates on the merit basis.
- VTUEEE shares details about the total number of allocated seat on the basis of merit list.
- All the candidates will be provided their seat as per score secured in VTUEEE exam.
- Candidates must make payment of the admission fee
- Candidates must make payment of the balance fee through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card. They can also draw the demand draft in favour of “Veltech Dr. SR and Dr. RR University”, payable at Chennai along with a covering letter.
Documents to be submitted
- 10th mark sheet
- 12th mark sheet/Pass certificate
- Community certificate needs to be submitted by candidates who belong to reserved category;
- Nativity certificate should be submitted by candidates of Jammu and Kashmir region and North Eastern states
- Demand draft of requisite amount as mentioned in the VTUEEE information brochure 2024

During VITUEEE counselling 2024, selected candidates will be provided admission to the preferred engineering programs by paying the following amount-
- Caution deposit – Rs. 5000 which will be refundable at the end of the course.
- Academic and Career advancement fee- Rs.15,000
