MP M.Tech Counselling 2024 (मध्य प्रदेश एमटेक काउंसलिंग) is going to be conducted in the first week of July by the Department of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh. All the eligible candidates who have secured a valid score in GATE 2024 are eligible for MP M.Tech admission at various participating institutes of Madhya Pradesh. Also, the non-GATE candidates can apply for the counselling process on the basis of the marks in the qualifying exam. The MP M.Tech Counselling Schedule 2024 will take place at 130 participating institutes. All the eligible students seeking admission into the M.Tech courses in MP must go through a subsequent number of MP M.Tech Counselling Procedure which includes registration, choice filling, document verification and seat allotment. MP M.Tech Admission 2024
MP Online Counselling for M.tech will tentatively begin from the first week of July 2024 It will take place for both the GATE qualified candidates and the non-GATE candidates on the merit basis. All the eligible candidates must get their documents verified and enter the options for their choices. A total of 2 rounds of MP M.Tech Counselling Procedure will be done, where the first one for the GATE candidates and in the second one the non-GATE candidates will be preferred. MP M.Tech Counselling Procedure 2024
The counselling procedure of Madhya Pradesh M.tech admission will consist of registration, document verification, choice filling, allotment letter and reporting at the college. Detailed information on MP Online M.Tech Counselling Procedure is given below-
- Online Registration
Candidate must register and login at the MP Online Portal in order to complete the registration process. During the registration, process candidates must enter a valid email and mobile number as all further communications will be made by the authority via email and mobile only.
- Document Verification
After the registration procedure, applicants must further proceed with the document verification round. Applicants must visit MP Online Help Centre to complete this step.
Documents required for verification
- 10th, 12th Marksheet
- GATE Admit Card
- GATE Score card.
- Qualifying Exam (B.Tech) Degree Certificate.
- MP M.Tech Counselling Allotment Letter.
- Character and Transfer Certificate as issued by the school last attended
- 5 recent coloured photographs of the candidate.
- Choice Filling
The candidate must login at MP Online Portal and select the course/college as per their preference in the choice filling section. To confirm the choices filled, candidates must make payment Rs. 1,430, where Rs 400+ Rs 30 as the portal charges and Rs 1000 as the admission fees. The fee can be paid via Credit/ Debit Card, Net Banking, NEFT etc.
- Seat Allotment
The candidates will now be allotted their respective seats on the basis of the MP M.Tech merit List, as per candidates choice and availability. Once the seats are allotted to the candidates they must download the allotment letter by logging into the online portal.
MP M.Tech Eligibility Criteria 2024
The eligibility criteria for MP M.Tech 2024 must be fulfilled by the candidates in terms of educational qualification, domicile, the minimum percentage of marks etc GATE qualifying candidates can apply for different courses at the participating institutes of MP M.Tech 2024. MP M.Tech Seat Allotment 2024
The selected candidates will be provided with their respective seats through the MP M.Tech Seat Allotment process. Candidates will have to report to the allotted college on a given date and time. The seats will be allotted as per the merit, availability made by the candidate. Once the seats are allocated applicants can download the allotment letter by visiting its portal.
