Goa CET 2025: The Goa Common Entrance Test is also known as GCET or Goa CET. It is a state-level exam which is conducted for admission in engineering and various other courses in State Engineering Colleges. Goa CET will be conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Goa.
We are trying to provide all the details of the GCET Exam 2025 in this article. We are also including tentative dates, the procedure to fill the application and get admit card, and details of counselling.

GCET 2025 Exam Dates
GCET exams dates are not released yet, but we can provide all the tentative dates of the event which are going to happen in GCET exam. So here is the GCET Exam Dates 2025.

Goa CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- GCET is open for
- Indian nationals,
- OCI/PIO cardholders and Non-resident Indians holding Indian passport can apply for seats reserved under NRI category.
- For Degree courses in Medicine, Dentistry, Homoeopathy, Ayurveda, Allied Health Sciences and Nursing, Candidates must have to compete for the age of 17 years on or before 31st December of the academic year of admission.
- There is no age limit for admission to Engineering and Pharmacy courses.
NEET and NATA scorecard
- Candidate’s NEET 2025 scorecard will be considered for providing admission in Medicine, Dentistry, BHMS, and BAMS courses.
- Candidate’s NATA 2025 scorecard will be considered for providing admissions into Architecture courses.

GCET 2025 Application form
Goa CET Application Form is expected to be available in the month of April on the official website. Candidates need to download and print-out the application form then you need to fill it in candidate’s own handwriting. After it, they need to submit it at the specified location. Candidates are also advised to take the printout of admission form B at the time of downloading acknowledgement page.
GCET Application Fee
- The Goa CET Application fee will be Rs. 1800/-.
- The Application fee can be submitted through DD (Demand draft) in the favor of ”Director of Technical Education”, It is payable at Panaji drawn in any scheduled bank.

Goa CET 2025 Syllabus
Goa CET Syllabus will be provided by the exam authority on the official website. The Goa CET Syllabus will be based on the syllabus prescribed by the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or we can say that it will be based on Standard but latest 12th (Science) examination. The syllabus will cover Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology subjects.
Goa CET 2025 Admit card
Goa CET Hall ticket will be given just after the submission of Application Form (Form A). Candidates can download the Admit card/hall ticket till the last week of April month.
Goa CET Result 2025
The GCET result will be available on the official website and Notice Board at DTE. The result is expected to be released in the third week of May 2025.
The GCET exam authority will also release the answer key before the declaration of the result. On the basis of the Goa CET result, a separate merit list will be prepared for each course and on the basis of the merit list qualified students will be called for Goa CET Counselling.
Goa CET 2025 Counselling
After the Declaration of Result and merit list, the exam authority will release the admission form for participating in the Goa CET counselling. Candidates have to fill this form. There will be some round in the counseling process and after each round, the authority will publish the names of the selected candidates for admission. This list will be published as an admission list which also includes seat allotment details. If a person is listed on the admission list, he has to report the allotted college along with all required original documents.
