IET India Scholarship 2024 (इंडियन इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ इंजीनियरिंग एंड टेक्नोलॉजी इंडिया स्कालरशिप)- The Institute of Engineering and Technology also known as IET is ready to organise IET India Scholarship 2024 for the undergraduate candidates.
The conductance of scholarship program enables the efforts of the students through which they can excel their innovation and creative minds. The IET India Scholarship Competition is conducted for the second and third year of engineering. IET India Scholarship 2024
The IET Scholarship 2024 promotes the young talent of the new generation worldwide. The applicants will be shortlisted on the basis of the merit list of the selection criteria. Eligibility Criteria For IET India Scholarship
- Any Second and third year full time regular UG Engineering programme student from an AICTE/UGC approved institution.
- There is no age limit for the applicant.
- The student must have cleared all regular credit courses in a single attempt, the student with a back in any exam cannot apply.
- Minimum Marks in UG : Obtained at least 60% in aggregate for the semesters cleared corresponding to CGPA of at least 6.5 in a 10 point scale.
- Minimum Marks in Class 12 or equivalent: Marks should be above 60% or of equivalent grade.
- Application is open for all IET members and non- members and for all branches of engineering as recognized by the AICTE/UGC.
- Students who participated in the previous year Scholarship award can also participate provided they were not the National level winner or Runners up.
IET India Scholarship 2024 Registration
The IET India Fellowship Registration is the first step to appear in the IET India Scholarship Program. The IET India Scholarship Application form will be available on the official website. It is to be noted that the application form will be available in online mode only. There is an offline form available for the registration for IET India scholarship 2024. The application form is available from the first week of March to the last week of April 2024.
IET India Fellowship| How to Apply
All of the applicants have to fill IET India Scholarship 2024 Application Form before applying for this Scholarship Program. These are the steps involved in the scholarship application process.
At the very first stage, the applicant must visit the official website of the institution.
- Go to the official site of IET Scholarship i.e. theiet.in
- Enter click on IET India Scholarship 2024 Registration tab.
- Enter the asked details in the application form and submit.
- Later you will get a confirmation email on the email if you have provided.
- Click on Verify now and you will have your id password for the application.

- College ID
- E-mail ID
- Personal detail
- Contact Details
- University seat number (Permanent Registration number, University registration number, enrollment number, MIS No.)
- Scanned copy of college ID in (ZIP format)
Documents To Be Uploaded With Application
- Only those candidates will be considered to the IET India Scholarship Award if they have the attested copies (by HOD/ Principal/ Dean/ Director/ Registrar of the candidate’s instution) of required documents are scanned and uploaded.
Engineering marksheet (for all semester {completed till now})
10th class marksheet (Compulsory)
12th class marksheet (Compulsory)
CV (Optional)
Certificate of any National/ State Level competition that has won (optional)
Certificate of any Indoor/ Outdoor sport competition that has won (optional).
How To Upload And Scan Documents
- Scan size of the document is (75 or 100 dpi; either in JPG or PDF format).
- Only files with .zip extension can be uploaded.
- Zip the scanned copies and name the zip file with your name.
- Scan of the file:Ensure that size of the zip file not exceed 5 MB.
Note: After successful registration, the candidate will get an e-mail to activate their account and will also get the User name. After successfully activation of the account, candidate needs to login using their user name and password.
IET Scholarship 2024 Online Test
The online test will be conducted in the last week of May 2024. The applicants are suggested to check the details related to the online test should be revised by the applicants so that he or she would be able to perform better in the IET India Scholarship Online Test 2024.

IET Scholarship Selection Process
There are 4 stage for the selection of candidate in IFT scholarship
Stage 1: Online Application
Students apply online and submit the required documents. Criteria for selection to Stage 1 are as follows.

Note: Shortlisted students from stage 1 will be informed on the registere E-Mail ID.
Stage 2: Online Test
Regarding the examination schedule candidate will be informed on their e-mail ID.
Candidates are able to take online test from anywhere in India for their convenience, there are no center allotted for same.
The MCQs consists of 8 subjects i.e. Electrical, electronics, physics, chemistry, computer science, Mechanical, mathematics and civil.
There will be approx. 50 MCQ and duration of the test is 70 minutes.
Cut-off marks/ score will be decided for each regional level by the national jury. Based on the cut-off, the candidate will be shortlisted for next level.
Stage 3: Regional Level Assessment
The topic will be focused on a solving a currently societal challenge, specific to the region.
Shortlisted students from stage-2 is required to give presentation on a specific topic that will be given by the Jury members.
The topics will be provided to the participants at least 10 days before, so that they can prepare it.
The Regional Assessment Will BE conducted in The Respective 4 Regions
- Regional South
- Regional West
- Regional North
- Regional East + North East
Stage 4: The National Finals (Presentation on an Engineering Problem)
Those candidates who are shortlisted from the stage 3 will appear for the National Finals.
the national final will also include a GD among the finalist and topic for this GD will be provided by Jury on the day of the National Finals.
The candidates have to make a presentation on their vision and solution, as they see it, for an engineering problem that is relevant to the society.

Registration Fee
There is no registration fee for the application in IET India Scholarship 2024.
Scholarship Amount
Total Rs. 8,00,000 amount is awarded to winners across the regional and national level.
