Uttarakhand Polytechnic 2nd Counselling Procedure
UBTER 2nd Counselling 2024 includes a subsequent number of steps. Below you can check the details
- Online Registration
Candidates appearing for the 2nd counselling process must go through JEEP 2nd Round Counselling Registration. Without the registration process, candidates won’t be allowed to participate in the counselling. Therefore in order the complete the registration applicants need to know their Roll Number, Application Form Number & Date of Birth and accordingly register in the prescribed format.
- Choice Filling
After the registration process, candidates need to fill the choice of course and institution as per their preferences. Here applicants need to fill a maximum number of choices for seat allotment.
- Seat Allotment
After the choice filling process, the authority will release the seat allotment result within few weeks. Thus seats will be allotted to candidates on the basis of rank, availability, choice and upon category. Therefore candidates will be informed through SMS on their registered number about the seat allotment. However, applicants can also download the allotment letter from the website.
- Reported at the Allotted Institution
Once the candidates are allotted their respective seats, he/ she must report to the allotted institute for the document verification process. Therefore all the candidates must report to the allotted institute within the specified time, or else his/ her seat will be allotted to the next candidate as per merit.

After the declaration of the UK Polytechnic Second Counselling Result, seats will be provided to the candidates into different polytechnic courses in various institutes of Uttarakhand on the basis of merit, category, choice and as per the availability.
