- Go to the Pondicherry University official website i.e. pondiuni.edu.in
- Search for “Admission to PG/ Ph.D. programmes” or “MBA Admissions 2024” link and click over it.
- Click on “New User”, fill the required empty field and then submit it.
- After submission, you will get unique user id & password on your registered email id or mobile no.
Apply for Application Form
- Login to the account as registered candidates with the generated password & user id.
- Fill the application form completely such as Personal details, Academic detail, experience detail, contact address.
- Upload colored passport size Photograph & Signature as per specified format and required documents.

Select Programme(s) & Pay Fee
- Choose course and specialization, enter the other required details and move to the payment page.
- If you want to pay fees through the offline mode, Select Challan for the offline payment option.
- Print Challan on A4 size paper in landscape and submit the bank challan with the fees to the nearest Indian Bank.
- You will get one portion of Challan with Journal No. and Bank Seal (Counter Foil).
- Bank takes 2 days to update the payment details, after this you can preview your application form.
- You can also pay through online mode by selecting option credit card/ debit card/ net banking or Indian Net Banking.
- After successful payment, you will get a notification on your registered mail id or mobile no.
