Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) is one of the prestigious exam conducting board which is responsible for conducting various examination all throughout the year. After the declaration of the Madhya Pradesh PPT Result, the authority is going to conduct MP Polytechnic Counselling 2024 tentatively in the second week of August. Therefore through the counselling process seats will be allotted in diploma courses offered by the self-governing polytechnic colleges, government polytechnic colleges, state-funded polytechnic colleges and private colleges of Madhya Pradesh. The counselling will be conducted in two round, i.e first counselling followed by MP PPT 2nd Counselling and declare the merit list by considering 70% weightage to the marks secured in the entrance test and 30% weightage to the qualifying examination. - Registration
Applicants appearing for counselling must access the official website of DTE MP Counselling and register themselves by entering the required details. After the completion of registration, candidates will receive a password which can be changed later as required
- Document Verification
After registering candidates need to verify their documents at the nearest helpline centers in the prescribed manner.
- Choice filling and locking
All the registered candidates after document verification must go through the MP PPT Choice Filling process where candidates are required to log in for filling choices for the colleges and branch as per preference. After filling the choice candidates must lock their final choice and make payment of Rs. 330 as counselling fee
- Seat Allotment
The authority will declare a common merit list for each round of counselling. Therefore after the declaration of the common MP PPT Merit List, the MP Polytechnic Seat Allotment process will be done where seats will be allocated to candidates on basis of merit, choice, availability. After the seat allotment is done, candidates can download MP PPT Allotment Letter and take the printout of it.
- Report to the Allotted Institute
At the end of counselling, candidates must report to the allotted institute along with the seat allotment letter and other necessary documents and completion of the admission process.
