LPU NEST Application Form 2020: Lovely Professional University National Entrance Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) is an entrance exam conducted at university level by the Lovely Professional University (LPU) every year to offer admission to the various courses in the field of engineering, management, agriculture, pharmacy, design etc. Admission in LPU will be done on the basis of entrance cum scholarship test followed by an interview. Candidates can also get direct entry on the basis of score of the qualifying exam.  The university will release the LPUNEST Online Registration Form on its official website for the various courses offered by LPU on different dates. LPUNEST 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who want to apply for the various UG, PG & doctorate programme must check the listed LPUNEST Eligibility or Admission Criteria. It is necessary to fulfill all the criteria decided by the official authority of LPU. Those applicants who will fail to do, there application form will be rejected or they will be not considered for admission.

Programme Admission Criteria
BTech/Biotechnology
  • Pass class 12 with minimum 60% in PCM together or score 74 marks in JEE Mains to apply for LPU entrance test.
  • For direct admission score 90% or above in class 12th.
  • For biotechnology, candidates should have biology in class 12 as compulsory subjects.
B.A., LL.B. (Hons.), B.Com, LL.B.(Hons.) and BBA, LL.B. (Hons.)
  • Score at least 60% in 10+2 in any stream with English and have valid score card of CLAT (secured rank within 12500), LSAT (60 percentile) or LPUNEST.
Agriculture
  • Should have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 60% in subjects like Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics/ biology and a valid score card of LPUNEST
  • Or 2 years diploma in agriculture after 10+2 with at least 80% aggregate in marks.
Ph.D.
  • Should have Master’s degree with 55% aggregate in marks.
  • Candidates having valid score card of UGC (NET/ JRF)/ CSIR (NET/ JRF)/ ICAR (JRF/ SRF) examination will be exempted from the entrance test.
  • SLET (Punjab only)/ GATE/ GPAT/ ICAR (NET), Teacher Fellowship holder or passed M.Phil. Programme (in Regular mode only) will also be exempted from LPUNEST (Ph.D.)
 MBA, MBA (Hons.) and MBA (Specialized)
  • Must have completed graduation degree in any stream with 50% aggregate marks, have score card of LPUNEST or CAT/ XAT (80 percentile) or MAT/CMAT (up to 85 percentile) or GMAT & interview.

LPU NEST 2020 Application Form: Steps To Apply

Candidates must follow the given below steps to Apply Online for LPUNEST Entrance Test

  • Visit the official website of LPU NEST i.e. lpu.in
  • Select your course and click over it.
  • Click on “Apply Now” and register with basic details like name, date of birth, mail id, mobile no, gender, enter password and confirm password etc and then click on “Register Now”.
  • You will get username and password set by you on the registered mail id.
  • Login to your account with your username/ email and password and click on “Login” button.
  • Next step is to fill the application form with personal details, academic details, and other important details.
  • If you want to apply for direct admission, then proceed with the admission form and submit the LPUNEST Registration Feee. Rs.10000/- via net banking/ credit card/ debit card.
  • Upload the necessary documents such as 10th Mark sheets, Aadhar card, Photograph
  • Or you want to apply for LPU Entrance Test/ scholarship test, pay the examination fee through online mode via net banking/ credit card/ debit card.
  • Book your exam slot (date, time, and venue) as per your choice and convenience.

LPUNEST Registration cum Application Fee

LPUNEST Examination Fee can be paid through payment gateway via Credit cad/ debit card or net banking. It will be non-refundable.

For Direct Admission Rs. 10000/- (Registration form fee + tuition fee) Rs. 500/- for Male candidates
Rs. 200/- for Female candidates
For Admission through Entrance Test Rs. 700 for Male candidates
Rs. 400 for Female candidates
