After the declaration of result and announcement of KEA MBA Merit List, the successful candidates will be called for KEA PGCET Mock Counselling. Only the candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria are required to attend the counselling. Karnataka PGCET MBA Counselling Process 2025
Candidates must go through below mentioned process at the time of counselling-
Registration
Candidates must register themselves for the counselling process by visiting the nearest Helpline Centres. At the time of registration, candidates are required to fill their personal and all other details as required.
Document verification
Candidates seeking admission in the MBA programme on the basis of the Karnataka PGCET exam have to go through the document verification process. Applicants must carry original documents along with one set of attested photocopies. The below-mentioned documents must be bought for the purpose of verification-
- X, XII Marksheet
- KEA PGCET MBA 2025 Score card
- KEA PGCET MBA 2025 Admit Card
- Graduation mark sheet
- Domicile certificate
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- 6 passport size photograph
Choice Filling
After the document verification process applicants can now enter the course and college of their choice via online. The seat availability depends upon KEA MBA Seat Matrix. The candidates must make their final choice and lock it.
Seat allotment
The seat allotment process will be conducted in two rounds. After the counselling candidates will be offered their seats as per merit, choice, and reservation.
Reporting to institute
All the aspirants who are allotted their respective seats must report to their allocated institute and make payment of admission fee to confirm their admission

All the candidates will be alloted their seat at the end of KEA PGCET MBA Counselling process. Applicants will be allocated the seat in their desired course and institute as per merit list, choice and upon the reservation policy of the government. In the process of KEA PGCET Mock Seat Allotment, applicants who possess a good rank will be provided first preference. After seat allotment candidates must report to institute and make payment to confirm their seat.
