How to Check IIT JAM Result 2024
The IIT JAM Results for 2024 are officially declared 2 days earlier than the official result date which was March 22, 2024. Aspirants should follow below steps to access their result.
- To check the Result can check on official website i.e., jam.iitm.ac.in.
- Go to the “Results & Scorecard” option present on the home page.
- Enter your enrolment or email id, password & security answer and then click on the “submit” tab.
- The IIT JAM Scorecard will display on the screen.
- Download the result and take print of it for future use.
IIT JAM Cut Off/ Merit List 2024
Candidates can see their JAM Rank and Merit List from April 2024. To select the candidates for admission process, a separate merit list will be prepared based on candidate’s score and reservation quota.
JAM Score Card contain candidate’s name, roll no, score, AIR (All India Rank) etc. Each candidates will have to score the minimum qualifying marks i.e. Cutoff to participate in the next selection rounds. IIT JAM Cutoff will be different for each category and decided on various factors like difficulty level, seats availability, average marks, previous year cutoff etc.
Counselling/ Admission Procedure
Candidates will get selected for the counselling process after the release of Merit List and Cutoff marks. Counselling will be held online only. Students, whose name will be listed in the merit list, will have to register for Seat Allotment rounds. After completion of counselling registration, applicants will get the seat on the basis of their score and college preferences. To confirm the allotted seat, must submit the admission fees.
