DU MBBS Admission 2020:  DU MBBS Admission will be conducted to give the opportunity to get admission into MBBS Courses and BDS Courses. Counseling for Admission will be conducted by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The Counselling will be conducted through online mode. For admission to medical & dental courses, Candidate’s NEET scores will be considered.

In this Admission process, there is 85% seat quota reserved for the students belonging to Delhi. The MBBS course will be offered in three medical colleges that are Lady Hardinge Medical College (LHMC { female candidates}), Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC), University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS). The BDS Course will be offered at Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences (MAIDS).

DU MBBS 2020 Admission: Important Dates

We are providing the tentative DU MBBS Counselling procedure Dates for UG Admission of Merit-Based Courses. For admission to medical & dental courses Candidate’s NEET scores will be considered. So there is no Entrance Exam will be conducted for admission in MBBS and BDS Courses.

DU MBBS 2020 Eligibility Criteria

There are some DU MBBS Eligibility Criteria for admission into MBBS and BDS courses. We are providing some of the important ones. To know the full details of eligibility criteria please visit the official website.

  • The Candidate must have completed the age of 17 years before or on December 31, 2019.The upper age limit is 25 years as on December 31, 2019. There is age relaxation of 5years for the reserved category (ST/SC/OBC) Candidates.
  • The candidates should have passed class 12th examination with required subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English from the recognized school and board.
  • Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks (40% for SC/ST/OBC) taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology.
  • Candidates must qualify the NEET UG examination conducted by CBSE.
  • The candidates should be medically fit for the course of MBBS.

DU MBBS 2020 Application Form

All the Candidates have to visit the Official page to fill the registration form. The candidate has to register there and then they will be redirected to the DU MBBS Registration Form. The Registration form will be available In the 2nd or 3rd week of May. The procedure is given below.

  • All the Candidates have to visit the Official page to fill the registration form.
  • Click on Either 85% Delhi quota or 15% AIQ.
  • Now Enter NEET UG Roll Number and DOB. Click on View.
  • Varify your details and click on Confirm.
  • The candidate has to register there and then they will be redirected to the DU MBBS Registration Form.
  • After it, candidates will be required to submit their NEET Roll no., registration no., candidate’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, mobile no., email ID and security pin.
  • After Filling it, Click on ‘Submit’ button and the candidates will be redirected to an agreement page. All the candidates have to Choose an option in between ‘I Agree’ or ‘I Don’t Agree’. If clicked on ‘I Agree’ then they can continue with the registration process.
  • In Next step Candidates have to enter Personal details. After entering all the required information, Candidates will be allowed for the DU MBBS Choice Filling procedure.
  • In the DU MBBS Admission Choice Filling procedure candidates have to fill there preferred Choices. After successful submission of the Choice filling form, they will be considered for the DU MBBS Counseling 2020.

DU MBBS 2020 Seat Matrix

The MBBS course will be offered in three medical colleges that are Lady Hardinge Medical College, Maulana Azad Medical College, University College of Medical Sciences. The BDS Course will be offered at Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences. DU MBBS Seat Matrix 2018 is given here, The seat matrix will be almost same every year.

DU MBBS 2020 Counselling

After filling the DU MBBS Admission Form candidates will be called for the counselling. In Counselling 2 DU MBBS Cut-Off List will be released. Candidates who get their name listed on these lists have to verify their Documents. The List of Documents is given below.

Original and Self-attested copy of  

  • Admission ticket
  • NEET UG Admit Card
  • NEET UG score card
  • Aadhar Card
  • Class 12th mark sheet and passing certificate
  • class 10th Passing Certificates
  • Character certificate
  • Father’s SC/ST Certificate, if applicable.
  • Passport size photograph of the applicant

The DU MBBS 2020 Admission will be conducted after successful document verification Candidate will also receive the admission ticket. The Counselling and DU MBBS Cut-Off list will be based on the scores of NEET UG. For Counselling, candidates will be called in the counseling hall to allot a course (MBBS) at a particular college.

Candidates have to select only one course in any particular college. In the selected college, the seat will be allotted in that college if the seat is available. The candidates have to verify and submit the required documents at the time of counselling for the DU MBBS Admission.
