About Uttarakhand Board Of Technical Education(UBTER)
The Uttarakhand Board Of Technical Education was established by the act no. 27 of 2003 which is passed by the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly the act is approved by the governor on Jan 13, 2004. It comes into force by the date of notification which is issued by the state government.
