NCHM JEE Counselling 2024- एनसीएचएम जेईई काउंसलिंग: National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) has released the notification for NCHMCT Counselling for providing admission into hotel management courses. NCHM JEE Counselling 2024
Every year NCHMT JEE is conducted by the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology for admission into hotel management courses. Therefore after the declaration of the NCHMT JEE Result, applicants who have successfully qualified will be called for NCHM Counselling 2024 in various hotel management institutes. The counselling will be carried out in three rounds where NCHMCT 1st Round Counselling along with second round will be carried out in web based system, but for the NCHMT 3rd Round Counselling applicants need to appear physically at the centre which is allotted to them. Therefore all the eligible candidates need to fill NCHMCT JEE Counselling Application Form to appear for counselling.

NCHM JEE Counselling Procedure
The NCHM Counselling 2024 will be carried out in a number of steps a therefore you can check the below details of the NCHMCT Counselling Process.
- Online Registration
All the candidates who are considered eligible for the first and second round of counselling must register themselves through the process of NCHM Counselling Online Registration. The candidates cannot change the credentials declared by them in the application form at the time of counselling. However, at the time of registration applicants can update their personal information.
- Choice Filling & Locking
Registered candidates can now further proceed for NCHMT Choice Filling And Locking where he/ she can choose their preference of institute and lock them. The list of choices will be used for the first 2 rounds of allotments.
- Online Seat Allotment
Candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of rank in AIRs, upon category, choices and availability of seats. The result of seat allotment will be declared online for 1st round as well as NCHMT 2nd Round Counselling.
- Reporting to allotted institute and fee payment
Candidates who are allotted seat must report physically at the designated centre for document verification, fee payment, choice up gradation and collection of provisional admission letter.
NCHMCT Counselling Fee
At the time of reporting applicants must make an payment of Rs Rs.57500 (Rs.1000/- counselling fee+Rs.56500/- 1st semester fee) through E Challan/ RTGS
- Withdrawal of Seat
Applicants can withdraw their allotted seat and start for the refund process. For withdrawal process a deduction of Rs.1000 will be made and the fee will be refunded within a period of 45 days from the date of beginning of academic session.
- Spot Round Counselling
The NCHMCT Spot Round Counselling will be done for the following candidates-
- Candidates who did not register during main counselling
- Candidates who registered in the first round of counselling and allotted a seat in second round but did not reported at admission centre
- Eligible candidates had withdrawn before spot round
- All the provisionally admitted candidates.
