CLAT Application Form (सीएलएटी आवेदन फॉर्म) 2025: Chanakya National Law University organizes the Common Law Admission Test for the aspirants who are seeking admissions in various integrated LLB and LLM courses offered by eighteen National Law Universities all over India. CLAT Application Form 2025
Aspirants who are interested in getting admission to National Law Universities in India can apply for the CLAT 2025 exam. The CLAT Registration Form 2025 will be available from 1st January 2025 and the deadline for the submission of the application form is 31st March 2025. - Make Registration using “Register Yourself”.
- Fill the online application form.
- Upload photograph and signature and other documents, if any, in the appropriate place
- Pay the application fee by ONLINE mode only (Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card etc.)
- Download the Admit Card.
- Download previous year question papers.
- Also, take a print out of the application form for the future purpose.
Common-Law Admission Test 2025
The CLAT is a national level entrance exam which is conducted for the admission in 18 National Universities all over India. It is conducted once in a year. The exam was first conducted in the year 2008 and it is a computer based exam.

CLAT Admissions 2025 Eligibility Criteria
For UG:
- Aspirants Appearing/passed 10+2 with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST) can apply for the application form.
- There is no age limit
For PG:
- Aspirants Appearing/passed LLB or any equivalent degree with minimum 55% marks (50% for SC/ST) can apply for the CLAT 2025.
- There is no age limit.
CLAT Syllabus 2025
The aspirants will require the syllabus and study material for the better preparation of the exam. The CLAT Syllabus 2025 will be prepared by the Chanakya National Law University and it will consist of general knowledge, legal aptitude, constitutional law, elementary mathematics etc. The syllabus will help the aspirants to prepare according to the topics which are related to the exam.
CLAT Exam Pattern 2025
The exam pattern for both UG and PG courses is different. According to the CLAT Exam Pattern 2025 the mode of the exam will be online and the paper will be in English language. The UG paper will be of 200 marks and for each right answer one mark will be given to the aspirant and there will be a negative marking of one fourth marks for each wrong answer. The marking scheme for PG program will be the same and there will be 150 MCQ type questions will be asked in the exam.

Rs.400 will be charged from the students for the application form.
CLAT Result 2025
After the conducting of the exam, the answer key will be uploaded to the official website. The CLAT Result 2025 will be declared on 29th May 2025. Students are required to check their results for the counselling process. Aspirants who will qualify for the exam will be called for the counselling process for the seat allotment in reputed national Law universities.
CLAT Counselling 2025
The counselling for the undergraduate and postgraduate programs will be done on the basis of centralized counselling. The aspirants who will clear the cutoff marks will be called for the CLAT Counselling 2025 and the seats will be allotted to them on the basis of their marks and preferences. The CLAT Seat Allotment 2025 will starts from the June 2025 with the counseling process. Aspirants are required to pay fifty thousand rupees for the commitment for the admissions in National Law Universities.
