BITS HD Counselling 2024 (बिरला इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ टेक्नोलॉजी हायर डिग्री काउंसलिंग )is going to be conducted in June 2024 after the declaration of BITS HD 2024 results. Through the process of BITS HD Admission 2024, applicants will be offered admissions in the M.E programs of BITS. Eligible candidates who qualify for the BITS HD Admission Test 2024, will be called for BITS HD Counselling Schedule. Applicants will be shortlisted for the counselling schedule on the basis of seat availability, merit list and as per eligibility criteria. BITS HD Counselling 2024

BITS M.E Counselling is going to be conducted in the month of June 2024. The counselling session will be conducted on the basis of candidates performance in BITS HD 2024. Therefore applicants who qualify the BITS 2024 exam, must attend a personal interview round before being offered admission into the course. All the selected applicants will be issued a BITS HD Counselling Call Letter which includes the venue and time of counsellng. In order to appear for admission process, applicants must meet certain eligibility criteria as discussed below-

BITS HD Admission Eligibility

•  Applicants must have completed their B.Tech/B.E. (or equivalent) course from a recognized university.
• Candidate must possess integrated first degree of BITS in the respective discipline
• A candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in the qualifying examination

BITS HD Counselling Procedure 2024

• After the declaration of BITS HD, 2024 Result shortlisted candidates can access and download their admission letters from its official website
• After qualifying the interview round, applicants must complete their admission formalities as specified in the admission letter
• Candidates must fill their choice of course and college as per preference.
• Applicants need to complete their document verification round and pay the admission fees.
• The admissions will be offered as per BITS HD Merit list, the choice of courses entered by them in the order of their preference and their performance in the personal interview.

BITS HD Seat Allotment 2024

All the eligible candidates whose name appears in BITS HD merit list will be provided their desired seats on the basis of avialability, merit, and choice made by the candidate. Therefore soon after the counselling the BITS HD Seat allotment results will be declared.Payment of the tuition fees will have to be done for the confirmation of admission.
