- Aspirants must be lives of Telangana State and complete all eligible criteria.
- Candidates must have Degree in B.E/ B.Tech/ AMIE from a reputed university at least 50% Marks (45% for reserved Category Candidates).
- Students who have distance education Degree also eligible if their Degree is recognized by DEC/ AICTE.

Aspirants must pay Rs 500 (Rs 250 for SC/ ST). Independent registration fee has to be paid independently for each test (for aspirants who wish to emerge for more than one paper)

TS PGCET 2016 Counselling Process
TS PGECET Counselling has been begun from July, 2017 by Osmania University which charged the TS PGECET 2017 exam. Aspirants have to obtain their documents verified at the centers and pay the counselling fee.
- Individual Merit Lists will be prepared for GATE certified students and TS PGECET 2018 students.
- They will have to report for document verification as per the prescribed schedules.
- After document verification is completed, they must collect the scratch card to use for web option entry
- Aspirants must enter their web options as per their preference of course and college.
- GATE certified students will be given preference and will have separate counselling.
- Seats will be allotted on the performance of the merit ranks of the aspirants.
