In the process of Kalinga University admission, applicants must go through the following process
Registration
Candidates must register themselves through its official website and apply for registration
Merit List
After the declaration of results, a merit list will be prepared by the University in which the names of the candidates will be arranged in the increasing order of their rank and the decreasing order of their marks. The candidate with the highest rank will be given higher preference in the seat allotment
Choice filling
Aspirants must fill their options of the course according to their choice of preference. Later applicants at the time of seat allotment it will be taken into consideration.
Document verification
Candidates must bring the set of below mentioned documents along with their photocopy at the time of counselling for verification
- KIITEE 2024 Admit Card
- KIITEE 2024 Rank Card
- X,XII Marksheet
- Admit Card of Class XIIth
- Reservation certificate issued by the competent authority
- Two Passport size photographs
- School leaving certificate
- Conduct Certificate
- Demand Draft of the fees
Seat allotment
After the documents verification is done successfully, the applicants will be allotted their respective seats. The allotment of seats will be done on the basis of KITEE merit List, availability of seats, and as per candidates choice.
Counselling Fee
Candidate must make payment in Demand Draft of Rs. 75,000 which includes the counselling registration fees of Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable) in favor of KIIT, payable at Bhubaneswar.
