IITs have already specified certain MQMR marks which also known as Minimum Qualifying Marks for Ranking and to be eligible for listed into the Common Merit List (CML) of JEE Advanced 2024. Only listed, qualified and ranked candidate will get admission to UG engineering programs.

JEE Advanced Cutoff Marks 2024
Cutoff mark is different than MQMR. IIT JEE Advanced Cutoff 2024 will be announced at the time of result declaration or in a week after the exam. On the basis of cut-off marks, Rank list, Minimum qualification marks will be also announced.
The Cut-off will be based on
- Number of applicants for the exam, Qualified candidates, and Appeared candidates
- Number of available seats in IITs and their annual intake,
- Paper difficulty,
- Previous year’s Cut-Off
