HPCET 2018 (एचपी सामान्य प्रवेश परीक्षा): It is an entrance exam that is conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Technical University for enrolling the new admission in its classroom engineering programs. This year the entrance exam will be conducted in May 2018. The online registration process for HP Common Entrance Test 2018 has been started from March and the candidates will be able to submit their HPCET Application Form 2018 on or before the last date, i.e. in April 2018. After the successful submission of applications, candidates will be able to download their HP CET Admit Card 2018 in the first week of May 2018, that is needed to be carried in the entrance exam along with a valid photo ID proof.

HPCET Registration Form 2018
All those candidates who meet the eligibility norms in all the aspects are invited to register themselves by submitting the HPCET Application Form 2018 between March to April 2018. Without the application form, any candidate can’t appear the exam. All eligible aspirants can fill the HPCET Registration 2018 from the official website of the exam by the following process-
- Open the official website.
- See the apply application form and click on it.
- Fill the application form with correct entries and attach all required documents of the applicant (with photo and signature of the applicant).
- Recheck the form and click on the submit key.
- Take a hard copy of the application form as a proof of the application form.
- Pay the fee of the application otherwise, the application will be discarded.
HPCET 2018 Application Fees
The fees of the application form are given below in the tabular form according to the category of the applicant-

The applicants can pay fees by internet banking and by e-challan. Fees of the application form are not refundable in any case.
HPCET Eligibility
Aspirants can know here the eligibility of the application form of the HPCET Exam 2018.
- The applicant should have 12th pass from a recognized board of the education.
- In the 12th class, the applicant should have study Physics, Chemistry, and Maths as the compulsory subjects in 12th
- Applicant should have 45% aggregate in 10+2 class.
- There may be an age limit for the applicants.

HPCET Syllabus 2018
In this exam, the questions will be asked from the Physics, Maths, and Chemistry. The questions will be asked to form the 12th board exam syllabus. Students need to make a good preparation of the board exam syllabus.

The Result of HPCET 2018 will be announced on or before May 2018 at HPTU official website. The result of the exam will be announced after 15 days of the exam conduction. The exam will be conducted in May 2018. Candidates need to make a good score into the exam for taking the admission in engineering colleges of the Himachal Pradesh.
