GUJCET Counselling 2024: The Gujarat Common Entrance Test(GUJCET) is a state level entrance exam which is conducted every year to offer the admission for all eligible candidates in the degree of engineering, diploma in pharmacy courses.
In a Few Days GUJCET Counselling is declared the result for the engineering courses. Through this exam applicants get the admission in the aided colleges and government approved AICTE colleges. After clearing of the exam applicants are required to register for the counselling. So we are providing here the all the details regarding the GUJCET Counselling 2024. Applicants note that the Admission Committee for Professional Courses(ACPC) is conducting the GUJCET 2024 counselling.
GUJCET Counselling Schedule 2024

GUJCET Counselling 2024 Procedure
Applicants who appearing for the GUJCET counselling are required to know the counselling procedure. The procedure help the applicant to know what is happening in the counselling. In order to that we are providing here the details of the GUJCET Counselling Procedure.
Stage I Online Registration
Only those applicant who register in the online mode are eligible for the counselling. Applicants are required to register on the ACPC website for participate in the counselling. After registering a merit list is released by the officers in which applicant require to check their number in the list.
Stage II Choice Filling
After merit list is released applicants are required to fill the choice in the online mode. Applicants can fill the maximum no. of choices at the schedulded time period allotted to them. After the time period non of the candidate were not able to fill the choice.
Stage III Allotment of Seats
The ACPC will allot seats on the basis of merit and the choices filled by the candidate. If the applicant want to conform their seat they have to pay the fees.
Stage IV Verification of Document
For the final admission in the colleges applicants are required to verify their original document for the verification. After the document verification applicant will go to the college to complete the formalities.
GUJCET Counselling Document Required
When the counselling is scheduled applicants are required to verify their document. After the verification of the document applicants will be allotted the seats in the college. The list of GUJCET Counselling Document Required is as follows:-

- Birth certificate
- Caste certificate
- Marksheet of class 10th/12th
- School leaving certificate
- Photograph of the candidates
- Category certificate
- Non-creamy layer certificate
- PWD certificate
GUJCET Seat Allotment 2024
The Gujarat CET Seat Allotment will be done on the basis of choices filled by the candidate, no. of seats available and the merit rank obtained by the candidate. The ACPC is conducting the seat allotment round in the GUJCET Counselling.
Note: On the day of counselling applicants have to present on their required scheduled time with photocopies of all documents. Without any document none of the applicants is entertain for the counselling.
